I 'm sanxia/rabbit, a 🌱vegan environmentalist from Beijing, who loves a diverse and wonderful life and makes interesting friends. I usually enjoy yoga, Tai Chi, traveling and outdoor hiking.
On the Eatwith platform in France, I took Chinese vegan cooking classes, cooked various Chinese noodles and had a picnic at the Wild Great Wall.
In 2019, I shared the "Chinese Vegan cooking class" on Airbnb, the only traditional vegan Chinese cuisine cooking class in China.
I'm particularly fond of cooking all kinds of delicious food. I once conquered my airbnb host in Italy with Chinese cuisine. I made pancakes for my landlord's birthday in India and said that my pancakes were more delicious than her birthday cake.
There is one's own biotech company in Beijing. Also a Chinese teacher/Tai Chi teacher. Like and share many meaningful things.
I especially enjoy traveling and have backpacked to over 30 countries in Europe and Asia. I really enjoy the free and easy backpacking trip. I once took a train to more than ten countries in Europe. Walk through every city you like.
I started learning to cook for the first time at the age of eight. More than 30 years of cooking experience up to now.
In 2019, I launched a vegan cooking class experience in Beijing. Over the past six years and more, I have received international friends from more than 30 different countries around the world to my home to participate in my vegan cooking classes. The sincere praise from the guests encouraged and touched me, making me persist in sharing my experiences of traditional Chinese cooking more and more now.
From 2022 to 2023, I lived in Bali for over a year. During this period, I was constantly sharing my experiences of traditional Chinese cuisine cooking and also joined the vagen volunteer group of the British organization WeTheFree (WTF) in Bali.

特别喜欢烹饪各种美食,曾经在意大利用中国美食征服了我的airbnb的房东。在印度为过生日的房东做煎饼,说我煎饼比她的生日蛋糕更美味。
在北京有自己的生物公司。也是一位汉语/太极老师。喜欢和分享很多有意义的事情。
特别喜欢旅行,背包走过欧亚30多个国家。非常享受自由自在背包旅行。曾经坐火车去欧洲十几个国家。 徒步走遍每一个自己喜欢的城市。
从8岁第一次开始学习做饭。到现在30多年烹饪经验。
2019年在北京开展全素烹饪课体验,至今6年多接待全球30多个不同国家的国际朋友来我家参加我的全素烹饪课。客人的真诚好评鼓励和感动我,让我坚持做到现在越来越爱分享我的中国传统烹饪体验。
2022-23年在巴厘岛旅居一年多,期间也一直在分享我的传统中餐烹饪体验,还加入英国WeTheFree (WTF)组织在巴厘岛的vagen志愿者。
坚持无偿献血十几年献血20多次,拥有北京红十字血液中心颁发的三次银奖证书。
因为旅行和烹饪课认识很多不同国家的好朋友,世界各地友人每年都会来中国看望我。让我的生活变得缤纷多彩更有意义。
曾经多次带美国、德国、荷兰、丹麦等好朋友去箭扣长城露营野炊吃火锅,徒步海坨山扎营。
