My five years in the U.S. gave me not just fluency, but also the ability to bridge cultures. I've pursued graduate studies in Teaching Chinese, where I gained a solid foundation in modern teaching methodologies. But more importantly, I've already started applying this in practice. My first student was an American majoring in Japanese Translation, and it was a fascinating experience helping him overcome the specific challenges that arise when juggling both Japanese and Chinese. This hands-on experience has sharpened my ability to identify and solve the unique learning challenges that students face, regardless of their linguistic background.
